Gemeint ist in etwa eine liebevolle <a href=\"https:\/\/gluecksquellen.de\/umarmung-glueck\/\">Umarmung<\/a> bzw. Liebkosung. Alles \u00fcber seine Magie und warum \u201ecwtchen\u201c gl\u00fccklich macht.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alle Menschen sehnen sich nach Momenten der <a href=\"https:\/\/gluecksquellen.de\/grundbeduerfnisse-uebersicht-und-erlaeuterung\/#geborgenheit\">Geborgenheit<\/a>, Verbundenheit und des Trostes. Hier tritt nun das walisische Wort \u201e<em>Cwtch<\/em>\u201c auf die B\u00fchne, ein kleines Sprachjuwel, in dessen lediglich f\u00fcnf Buchstaben unglaublich viel W\u00e4rme verborgen liegt \u2013 was es f\u00fcr den heutigen Gl\u00fccksimpuls pr\u00e4destiniert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Was ist ein Cwtch? (Bedeutung)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Cwtch<\/strong><\/em> bezeichnet vereinfacht gesagt eine <strong>liebevolle, innige Umarmung<\/strong> (engl. <em>hug<\/em>, <em>cuddle<\/em>) \u2013 und geht doch weit \u00fcber eine solche hinaus! Gemeint ist vielmehr eine Umarmung mit Herz und Seele, die einen sch\u00fctzenden, intimen zwischenmenschlichen Raum aufspannt. Die Raum-Metapher leite ich von der zweiten (und m\u00f6glicherweise urspr\u00fcnglichen) Bedeutung von <em>Cwtch<\/em> ab, n\u00e4mlich <em>K\u00e4mmerchen<\/em> oder <em>Kab\u00e4uschen<\/em> (engl. <em>cubbyhole<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein <em>Cwtch<\/em> verk\u00f6rpert Geborgenheit, Trost und Liebe in einer einzigen Geste und ist ohne eine gewisse Vertrautheit und Privatsph\u00e4re kaum denkbar. Ein <em>Cwtch<\/em> ist gleichsam eine Zuflucht vor der Welt, ein sicherer Hafen, der uns einen langen Moment lang vor den St\u00fcrmen des Lebens sch\u00fctzt. Es ist das Gef\u00fchl, wenn man sich in den Armen eines geliebten Menschen geborgen und angenommen f\u00fchlt, eine Verbindung, die \u00fcber Worte hinausgeht und eine tiefe, bedingungslose Zuneigung ausdr\u00fcckt, gleich ob in einer romantischen oder platonischen Beziehung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"960\" height=\"640\" src=\"https:\/\/gluecksquellen.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Cwtch-vater-kind-umarmung.jpg\" alt=\"Cwtch (liebende Umarmung) zwischen einem Vater und seinem Kind\" class=\"wp-image-1119\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gluecksquellen.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Cwtch-vater-kind-umarmung.jpg 960w, https:\/\/gluecksquellen.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Cwtch-vater-kind-umarmung-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/gluecksquellen.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Cwtch-vater-kind-umarmung-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cwtch: Aussprache<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die <a href=\"https:\/\/dictionary.cambridge.org\/de\/worterbuch\/englisch\/cwtch\">Aussprache von <em>Cwtch<\/em><\/a> ist ein wenig herausfordernd, fehlt doch scheinbar ein Vokal. Ausgesprochen wird es ungef\u00e4hr wie \u201ekutsch\u201c ([k\u028at\u0283], \u00e4hnlich zum Englischen <em>butch<\/em>, nur mit k, aber nicht wie in: <em>batch<\/em>), wobei mit ein wenig Fantasie der weiche Klang des \u201eu\u201c und das fast schon z\u00e4rtliche \u201ech\u201c die Intimit\u00e4t der Geste widerspiegeln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Warum \u201ecwtchen\u201c gl\u00fccklich macht<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ich glaube, \u201e<em>cwtchen<\/em>\u201c macht gl\u00fccklich, weil es mehrere Grundbed\u00fcrfnisse des Menschen befriedigt. Nach <a href=\"https:\/\/gluecksquellen.de\/grundbeduerfnisse-uebersicht-und-erlaeuterung\/#bindung\">Bindung<\/a>, Geborgenheit, Verbundenheit, Sicherheit und Schutz, vielleicht auch nach <a href=\"https:\/\/gluecksquellen.de\/grundbeduerfnisse-uebersicht-und-erlaeuterung\/#zugeh%C3%B6rigkeit\">Zugeh\u00f6rigkeit<\/a>. Und h\u00e4ufig weckt es auch intensive Kindheits<a href=\"https:\/\/gluecksquellen.de\/vom-glueck-der-erinnerung-die-vergangenheit-als-gluecksquelle\/\">erinnerungen<\/a> \u2013 an Gesten der F\u00fcrsorge und Liebe durch unsere n\u00e4chsten Bezugspersonen, etwa als wir uns das Knie aufsch\u00fcrften, Kummer hatten oder uns \u00e4ngstigten.
